This course discusses the negative effects of imbalance and provides methods for restoring and maintaining balance.
You are currently engaged in a balancing act. You have work and personal forces that vie for your time and attention and those forces can often seem at odds. You have responsibilities that must be attended to, tasks that are a part of daily living, people that rely on you, and activities you would like to participate in.
